Our CNC Machining Capability
Our state-of-the-art tooling and machines enable us to offer highly complicated parts to exceptional standards. We offer 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling and 10-axis Mill-Turning services to tolerances of +/- .0001”. We specialize in a variety of exotic materials including Titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, and other high-temperature alloys.

Our highly skilled AWS D17.1 certified welders use only the best equipment, processes, and materials to ensure world-class welds that are trusted for Space, Aerospace, and Nuclear reactor applications.

CNC Post-Processing for AM
Ouroboros Space and Defense can provide accurate and precise CNC post-processing of additively manufactured hardware. We can work from a combination of prints, 3D models, LiDAR Scans, or in-house inspection data to ensure the functionality of additively manufactured hardware regardless of form deviations.

Inspection Services
Our climate-controlled quality department is capable of full inspection services including 5-axis CMM profile measurement of parts as large as 60”x86”x39”. Our AS9100-certified quality management system ensures all our equipment maintains calibration to ANSI Z540.3 standards.
